The festival is gearing up for opening night on the 6th October and with a stellar line-up of internationally acclaimed films and some local gems, this years festival is set to exceed all expectations. We are thrilled to announce that the Irish premiere of Peter Mullans's The Magdalene Sisters will be launching the festival with a gala screening on opening night. The Magdalene Sisters has already screened at the Venice Film Festival and has been selected to screen at the Toronto International Film Festival and the New York Film Festival. A full calendar of feature, documentary and short films is being confirmed as we speak and an in-depth programme will be available for your perusal on 25th September.
